{"id":2384,"date":"2024-09-16T08:43:18","date_gmt":"2024-09-16T08:43:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kranjcictruffles.com\/homemade-tagliatelle-with-black-truffle\/"},"modified":"2024-12-02T12:21:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T12:21:09","slug":"homemade-tagliatelle-with-black-truffle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kranjcictruffles.com\/en\/homemade-tagliatelle-with-black-truffle\/","title":{"rendered":"Homemade tagliatelle with black truffle"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>220 g homemade tagliatelle (or fusilli\/pljukanci &#8211; optional)<\/li>\n<li>25 g butter<\/li>\n<li>1 egg (yolk)<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese &#8211; optional<\/li>\n<li>cooking cream<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>60 g of fresh black truffle<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of the water in which the pasta was cooked<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PREPARATION:<\/h5>\n<p>Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Put the yolk in a bowl, add the Parmesan cheese (optional), some cooking cream and stir. Put the homemade pasta in a pot of boiling salted water and leave to cook for about 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat. When the butter has melted a bit, grate most of the truffles over it. Add salt, reduce the heat, add the egg yolks with the cooking cream and a little of the water in which the pasta was cooked. Add the pasta and mix well. Add a little more water if necessary. Cook on a low heat for another minute. Finally, grate the rest of the fresh black truffle, drizzle with olive oil and serve on a plate.
