Season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the steaks and roast for a few minutes on each side, depending on their thickness. Place on a warmed plate. Grate half of the white fresh truffle over the remaining butter. Season with salt. Add a little cooking cream. Roast on a low heat for about 1 min. Pour the sauce over the steak. Finally, grate the rest of the fresh white truffle, drizzle with olive oil and serve on a plate.
