Allow to cool. In the meantime, whisk the egg and sugar with a mixer until frothy. Slowly add the chocolate to the egg mixture and stir with a whisk. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 silicone muffin tins and bake at 200 \u00b0C for 5-6 minutes. Grate fresh black truffle on top of the warm dessert and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil &#8211; optional.
