Lava cake with black truffle

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g truffle butter (or plain butter)
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g sugar
  • 20 g plain flour
  • 50 g of fresh black truffle
  • olive oil – optional
PREPARATION:

Melt the dark chocolate and butter slowly over steam. Allow to cool. In the meantime, whisk the egg and sugar with a mixer until frothy. Slowly add the chocolate to the egg mixture and stir with a whisk. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 silicone muffin tins and bake at 200 °C for 5-6 minutes. Grate fresh black truffle on top of the warm dessert and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil – optional. Enjoy!
