Semi-hard cow cheese with truffles, with a minimum of 45 % milk fat in the dry matter

Contains 4 % black cut summer truffles. Created for all cheese and truffle lovers.

Made according to a homemade family recipe with carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality. It has a special smell and taste, excellent as a cold appetizer or addition to dishes. It can be added grated to various pastas, gnocchi, risotto or frittata with truffles.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, black summer truffle 4%, milk culture, rennet, salt, hardener: calcium chloride, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein) The crust is not edible.
